Employer Liability
Health, Safety & Welfare at Work Law
Under the laws governing health, safety and welfare at work, specifically, every employer is obligated to provide a safe place of work. While a worker is in a conventional work situation, this is less difficult a task, but anything outside the norm is brought with risk, of which the employer is ultimately liable.

24/7/365
No system will ever remove the external risks, but it will assist in the safety and welfare of the worker, and in the unfortunate situation where something does go wrong, our dedicated monitoring station will be there, 24/7/365 to react accordingly.
USERS
Working From Home
Workers who work from home are often the most vulnerable. What happens if someone slips, trips or falls in their living room or falls on their stairs? These are all employer issues.
Lone Workers in Industry
Oftentimes, large factories or industries have lots of people on site, but because they work alone in their area, they become lone workers, often times in dangerous areas. This system is perfectly suited to these situations, particularly out of hours work.
Security Staff
They mind your property, but who minds them – what happens if an incident occurs and they can’t call for help? What happens if they respond to am activation and are set upon? This system provides a new layer of support.
Social/Healthcare Workers
These pillars of society are often expected to enter houses of volatile, unstable or often dangerous clients, completely without any element of safety. WS APP keeps them monitored and ready to react at all times.
Night Drivers (And Day)
Most night drivers have been threatened at some point. Predominately, night time route drivers. Have bunches of keys and access client buildings alone (example – bank/legal post system, car parts drivers etc) Nobody knows when they go in or come out.
Night Time Rental
Unfortunately, night time retail, shops, petrol stations etc tend to get the brunt of antisocial behaviour. This is a level of security far more effective than traditional static panic buttons.
Opening/Closing Staff
Normally staff who open up or close up do so after they finish or before they start official work, and do so alone. This is the epitome of a vulnerable worker and now there is a system to monitor and assist them at this vulnerable time. Think last pub worker, petrol station worker, shop worker, office worker or bank worker.
Workers
The benefits of this system are many and varied. Predominately the benefits are the provision of an often non existent layer of safety and security to workers across all spectrums.

For workers, the benefits include but are not limited to the following.
A layer of safety and security while working.
A response to any duress issues while at work.
Peace of mind knowing that protection and reaction is available wherever and whenever they work 24/7/365.
Assistance is available in the event of an accident, threat or any safety issue at all times during work.
Employers
For employers the benefits partially duplicate that of the workers, but include and are not limited to the following:
A layer of interactive safety and security is provided to workers which was previously unavailable.
Knowledge that an interactive response is available to their workers, wherever they are located, 24/7/365.
Knowledge that workers are actually logged in at their work location as per contract.
Increase in productivity for remote workers based on the log in/log out system.
Highly cost effective, Management and HR tool.
Assists in employer’s requirements under the health, safety and welfare at work act.
